What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower.

The room was clean but I had two issues and I was that the room was really small and there was really no hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water and was decent but these were the two issues I have with the room. I picked this because it had a gym and although the rooftop pool area was nice the gym would be better if they had some kind of weight equipment.

Em 1 nes eu retornei ao Hotel e o elevador do Hall de entrada continuava parado em manutenção como o dos fundos para funcionários. Isso é um verdadeiro desrespeito e absurdo para a quantidade de hóspedes que o hotel recebe gerando um enorme transtorno voltei ontem do hotel e vi pessoas de idade subindo escada porque era impossível aguardar o elevador transportar a todos principalmente na hora do café da manhã.
