What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower.

The room was clean but I had two issues and I was that the room was really small and there was really no hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water and was decent but these were the two issues I have with the room. I picked this because it had a gym and although the rooftop pool area was nice the gym would be better if they had some kind of weight equipment.

A direção do hotel necessita melhorar a limpeza e conservação do hotel. O quarto em que hospedei estava com bastante poeira e o vazo do banheiro apresentava um vazamento na parte de baixo. Os funcionarios são muito prestativos e solicitos e o café da manhã muito bom, mas o ar condicionado é de janela, muito antigo, barulhento e não funcionava direito (não resfriava), os lençois pequenos para o tamanho da cama, toalhas de banho não muito macias, e o principal transtorno foi o elevador (apenas 1 funcionando de 3) com hotel lotado, ocasionando filas enormes, sendo necessário utilização das escadas por muitos hospedes, sendo que as mesmas são mal dimensionadas, sujas e escura. Infelizmente, minha experiência não foi boa. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, e o ar-condicionado apresentou problemas, com gotejamento de água durante a estadia. Além disso, um dos elevadores estava fora de funcionamento, e o outro não era suficiente para atender a demanda dos hóspedes, gerando filas longas e muita demora para chegar. Esses problemas prejudicaram bastante o conforto da hospedagem.

O hotel trata o hóspede como um incômodo. 1. Só há um elevador funcionando. Para mais de 200 apartamentos! Há filas imensas no saguão. Pior: pelo mesmo elevador sobem e descem as roupas de cama sujas, os pedidos de serviço de quarto (que nunca chegam), os funcionários que fazem reparos nos equipamentos do hotel. 2. Um dos equipamentos do hotel que não funciona é a chave de entrada do apartamento; posta no dispenser, ela não abre a porta.  3. Outro equipamento que não funciona é a TV, cujo sinal é tão baixo que não permite a visualização da imagem. 4. Não há tapete no banheiro; ademais, a água vaza do box. 5. As roupas de cama e banho não são trocadas diariamente. 6. Dos 4 travesseiros disponíveis, 2 não têm fronha. 7. O quarto não tem isolamento acústico; portanto, ouvem-se os barulhos do apartamento de cima e o barulho dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado de toda a coluna de apartamentos. 8. O estacionamento conveniado custa 75 reais e no anúncio consta 40 reais a diária. 9. O check-in é uma experiência traumatizante. Todos os hóspedes ficam no saguão, à espera das 14h em ponto. Porém... o processo não começa pontualmente (começou somente 14h13) e se dá um a um, numa chamada nominal. Detalhe: havia exatas 26 famílias esperando para serem chamadas. Cada hóspede fazendo um check-in de cerca de 10 minutos. Eu desisti. Fui embora e só voltei no fim da tarde. 10. Para não ter de passar por isso, do hóspede que deixa as malas na portaria, é cobrada uma taxa de 30 reais. Nunca vi isso.

o prédio tem 3 elevadores, mas 2 estavam quebrados há 15 dias (o que é inaceitável pra um prédio de 19 andares cujo piscina é sauna ficam no último andar. A sala de “ginástica” tem 3 equipamentos e 1 não funciona O elevador que “funciona” não estava parando no segundo andar (o que fiquei hospedado), ou seja, sempre que precisava subir, cansado do dia inteiro na rua, precisava ou subir 3 lances de escada ou ir até o terceiro e descer 1 andar (o que extremamente contraprodutivo levando em conta que ficamos 5 dias). Num geral, o café da manhã foi ok, a equipe sempre simpática e solicita mas as condições da propriedade não colaboram pra uma estadia “ok” Entendo que o preço é mais em conta, e sim, levo em consideração, mas, quando temos elevadores quebrados há pelo menos 15 dias, televisões de no mínimo 15 anos que impossibilitam de assistir qualquer coisa e ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, fica difícil gostar da estadia
