I like this location 😀
Lovely apartment I like staying here it’s better than just a hotel room, with apt we had a kitchen come sitting room/ dinning room, separate bedroom and bathroom. Close to Buses, Metro and Trams approx 4-5 min walk will take you all over Budapest from Castles to Central Market to Thermal Spas. Next to Corvin Plaza which has a supermarket with in store bakery for fresh bread and pastries. Also has a Decathlon (sports shop). Lidl also around the corner. Staff very helpful after my flight got cancelled I asked if they had a room available for me to stay 3 extra nights, they kept me in the same apt which was great as I didn’t have to pack and move apts. I would choose to stay in Prater Residence again.

Extremely nice hotel very near the centre
The room we had in our hotel was nicer than our own flat! It is very clean and gets cleaned almost every day. The staff is very friendly. In 10 minutes either by foot or by metro you are right in the centre of Budapest. Right opposite the hotel is a huge shopping mall where you can get anything you need. I would recommend if you are by car to bring a few kitchen utensils as not everything is available but it is more than enough if you are not cooking every day. One of the best hotels / apartments we stayed in. Also when we left we got a card which will give us 15% off a next stay which is a very nice gesture.

Good 6.0
Nice apartment with poor standard and equipment
We stayed 2 couples in Prater residence in a 2 bedroom apartment in 6 nights. The apartment was well-sized for 2 couples, but the interior was not in a good standard and the equipment was poor ex. only 3 plates for 4 people, no glasses. The were no cleaning in the whole period and you have to pay extra for new towels in the period of 1 week. There was several nights a lot of high music and noice from other guests in the late evening and night without the receptionist took affair. The apartment is in a nice area of the town with only short to the subway and trams.

Very Good 8.0
Nice hotel close to stores and public transport.
Nice unit with kitchen, large living room, bedroom with 2 very narrow but comfortable beds and lots of hot water for baths or showers. We were given an envelop with different excursions/concerts available. The staff booked our outings in less than 5 minutes!! Hotel is very close to a modern shopping center with a huge grocery store in the lower level. It is also very close to Szimpla kert (a ruin bar in the Jewish district) that is worth visiting for its market on Sunday and its great goulash soup. The decor is unreal!! Also try a langos at Karavan: an area with numerous food trucks beside that ruin bar!

Decent place for the price. Few tweaks needed
Kitchen supplies old and dirty. No shower curtain so floor was wet after first guest showering and uncomfortable for the rest. TV was not connected to the cable box and nobody came to fix in 4 day we were there even though we asked on the first day (we did not really needed that, but still indicator of service). Staff weak on English and yet nice and trying to be helpful. No phone to call reception. Nice convenient location with a shopping mall in 3 min walk. Beds are OK. WI-FI was good with rare hiccups (had to reset router in the hallway)
