Small but convenient location
Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Tokyo with my wife. The overall experience was good, my only complaint is that the bed was really firm. The room is small and basic. Just enough space to put our luggage in but not necessarily unpack the 2 suitcases. This is a great home base to explore the city as their are a couple sites within walking distance like the golden gai, Korea town, and other various shopping complexes. To get further into the city you have the 1A entrance to the Higashi-Shinjuku station that has the Oedo and Fukotoshin lines literally one door away. From those lines you can get to most of the major attractions or transfer to other lines. Getting to and from the airport was a simple limousine bus ride to shinjuku expressway station then a 730-1000 yen cab ride. There's also a couple 24hr places to grab food within a block. We enjoyed mcdonalds at 3am for our jet lagged thanksgiving meal! The front desk staff was also really helpful with questions and directions. The only real complimentary things are the wifi and daily water bottles. Overall, you won't get a fancy place to stay but it did its job as a place for us to recharge each night.

The rooms are extremely small and the bathroom even more so. Other than that the hotel is OK. The staff service is great.

Small room for a double and uncomfortable bed
The room was small for 2 people. I booked a smoking room by mistake and found cigarrete butts behind the desk when i droped my phone charger. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We are both leaving with sore necks. The location is great but i think it was a bit overpriced for the quality of the room. I stayed in Tokyo last month in a single room and it was bigger than this one and cheaper.
