First and the last time lodging here!
I booked this hotel due to the services they listed on their website that the provide (shuttle services). But its very disappointing to see that those services are not available. They did not have towels in the room to take shower, tried calling the front desk for towels, the phone in the room does not work. I had to go back to the front desk to get some towels. I even mentioned that the phone in the room doesn't work, she told me someone is coming to fix it but nobody showed up. Also the carpet in the room looks disgusting and it needs an upgrade. Update your services on your website so that people will choose the right option that is suitable for their needs.

Check-in was delayed a bit. Staff were a bit friendly. There was no towel in my room. That was strange. Internet is strong and breakfast was quite good 😊. Rooms are clean but the walls of bathroom were kind of getting old. Bed was so soft. Television didn't work well in my room.

I personally didnt stay was going to in 2020 but virus stopped ,i ened getting a coupon as a refund on wotif..my partner needed to stay close to airport so i was able to get him to stay ther..NOW this is a great option and very very very good option for us as family need to do this at times .this is good we can do so great on wotif and ibis lagos airport thank you so much.my parnter said all wAS NICE AND TREATED GOOD
