2nd trip room was not good.
This is my 2nd time staying but the room this time was terrible. The air conditioner did not work and the bed has nothing more then a box spring. The location is perfect. 1st trip I gave it a 10 this time a 3

Sub-standard, Overpriced Hotel.
We paid around $260 CAD for a room which was worth less than half that price. We had written the hotel ahead of time to ask about our "family room" and were told to just look at the website and we'll see what the room was like. It was nothing like the website, nor the photos on Hotels.com. Our room had no view and no balcony. We asked to move to a better room but were told they are all full. Every day for six days we asked. Even though we told them people were checking out and in all the time, they told us those rooms were reserved. I suggested they give the new guests our room and move us, they claimed to be full and would not consider it. Noisy hallways. Extremely firm beds. Incredibly noisy air conditioning, so we couldn't sleep with it on, and sweltered in the summer heat. Thin, sheet-like towels. The most basic, cheapest motel toiletries. The room was dirty with mould in the bathroom (see photos) and squashed bug remains on the wall for three days until I finally wiped it off (I would think housekeeping would take care of something like that. We had read the restaurant was good for dinner, but the lack of effort and poor quality of breakfast was such that we wouldn't take a chance on the expensive dinner there. I would not recommend this place.
