The room we had, had a very slippery surface in the bath. There were obviously traction stickers at one time but they were no longer there. The rod for the shower curtain was damaged so that it no longer hung correctly. This made it impossible to fully close the shower curtain as it would just slide back open. It was obvious to me that someone must have slipped in the past and grabbed the shower curtain or shower curtain rod to break their fall damaging the curtain rod. Further, the air conditioner in that room rattled and squeaked when the compressor kicked on. Also, the air in the room has a stale smell. Last, the vanity was too high for a normal sized person so I'm guessing that a short person or child would have great difficulty using it. Otherwise, everything was great including the few people we interacted with.
