A Very Nice Stay
A really nice hotel and restaurant in Plymouth Wisconsin. The room was really nice had everything you could need. The restaurant and bar was great. We ended the long drive with some food, dessert and a night cap. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Regrettable Gettaway
We booked this for a romantic getaway. One of the main reasons was that it had what seemed like a nice restaurant. So, at dinner time we were told it was booked and we needed to leave the dinning area. The maître d'hôtel couldn’t have been more arrogant and rude. When we were informed we needed to leave we asked for recommendations on where else we could go, since we were still in a good mood and wanted to be together. This guy really was disrespectful and rude. When we got back from our dinner, we went back to our basement room which is under the bar only to be kept awake by the revelry upstairs. Breakfast is better somewhere else. I didn’t want to leave a review like this since the hotel has so much potential.

Adorable but needs some love
Plymouth is an adorable town near Road America and this quaint adorable hotel reflects the charm of the town. The rooms are cute, bar and restaurant are convenient, but some of the details are missing. First, the check in is limited to a specific time slot and you are not allowed in the building beforehand. This was almost problematic, as I was in a driving class during that time slot, luckily they let my husband check in for me. Second, the rooms were adorable, but could use a little love. Some things were not in good shape and showed the wear of time. Lastly, they have free breakfast, which I thought would be delightful since they have a restaurant on site. There was barely any food, just a tiny fridge with some hard boiled eggs, something to microwave and some bagels. There was also cereal and coffee. Seriously lacking in the breakfast department. I was truly disappointed, I have been to so many other hotels that have a great spread without a full kitchen. I thought having a full kitchen would produce a decent breakfast. I would recommend not providing a free breakfast, maybe just coffee. Overall I would stay again, but would be prepared to eat out in the morning.

Room could use a little updating. No hairdryer, which is almost mandatory these days. No refrigerator which was kind of a problem since we brought wine. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friend Y.

Not a B and B
The hotel’s service and bar were fine, but it should not be called a B and B. We felt we were grossly misled and were disappointed.
