Lovely little getaway
This apartment complex was surprisingly good for the price paid. The apartments were a good size and clean although a little tired in places. The grounds of the complex were kept to a high standard and the staff were friendly. Drinks were very expensive but food reasonably priced although the food was pretty standard. The pool was lovely and clean and good amount of sun beds. Location is quiet but close enough to the action of the town which is within walking distance (uphill going in downhill coming back). Local shops nearby.

on arrival the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. the music was loud and intrusive. the environment was overcrowded and full of rubbish. the breakfast area was grim. they did not cater for my dietary needs as per request over one week before (gluten free). there were queues of 10 people for each station. the rooms were institutional with florescent lighting. it was totally awful and I asked for a refund after the first night

Nicely located for both the dunes and yumbo centre. Small but charming and comfy bungalow set in lovely gardens with spacious patio.friendly staff. Good sized pool tho on the cold side.

Overall good.
I will say the place was packed and probably for the 1st time since Covid restrictions. The area is quite. The food reasonable. Dining room and front desk staff polite and attentive. Overall a good value for the money. The property matches the pictures. The unit smelled clean on arrival but beds were not made, just piles of bedding rumpled on top. House keeping only showed up once in a week despite having the sign posted for service. At one point we asked for towels and toilet paper, waited over half and hour, asked again, continued waiting and eventually it was delivered. 20 mintue walk to Yumbo, 40 mintues to beach 7 (they did offer a free beach shuttle, you should use it).
