I've been coming here for YEARS and this was disappointing. No hot water for 3 days. First day they said maintenance was working on it, day two they changed my room, day 3 luke warm at best. Also, the 2nd room had huge stains on the room door which looked like blood. If it wasn'f for the excellent staff (Miriam and Emily), I probably would look to stay someplace else
