Nice and Classy
Room was great, wifi was spotty at best when you tried to watch a movie. The breakfast was well done and there is a great area to sit and eat. The staff is very friendly. You can also leave your key with the front desk so you dont have to carry it with you all day. Only bad thing was there was a bit of mold by the window head in the bathroom. Overall pretty good.

Elegant historic hot and bad food, no service
Pesaro is a beautiful historic property, very elegant. But do not expect service, good food, or air conditioning. Those are all absent. However, in cooler months this is a great location on the grand canale by a the sights.

Venice long weekend
Very convenient looking location next to a water taxi stop. In other words, easy to find, yet also very walkable to prime locations. On the grande canal but not the street, which was fun. Our room faced an inner courtyard so I can't say if it's good or bad to be facing the water. The room and breakfast were decent, I kind of liked the opulent Venetian flair! The staff was really, really very accommodating. They were so helpful with making reservations, helping us back into our room when locked out and calling ahead to our next hotel. I found them very friendly!

awesome location
our hotel stay was awesome, got off the train, onto the water bus and a four stops later walked into the hotel. (if you plan to use water taxi to get around buy the day pass). our room looked over the canal and the courtyard which was superb. staff were helpful, breakfast was a selection of hot and cold which for our family is adequate. gondola ferry and rides are available a block away and just about 50ft down the alley is a street with restaurants and shops.

Grand canal Venice
We stayed there as part of a longer Italy trip celebrating a significant birthday. The location and value were outstanding. The historic aspect of the hotel with mostly modern conveniences were a plus. The unique décor was definitely a talking point with family and friends. The front desk staff was helpful at times, however don't expect them to go out of the way for much. They did accommodate a request for Prosecco in the room to help celebrate, but anything beyond that was a stretch. Be aware that outlets are few and far between in the rooms, so charging more that one cell or other is problematic.
