Do not stay here not 4 star
Do not make the mistake we made and stay here; this is not a 4 star hotel the rooms are disgusting and the bathrooms had mould and this is the only hotel we have ever stayed at where they think it is acceptable to have toilets that are stained brown. The shower heads and taps were covered in limescale, and the rooms all smelled of damp. They changed our room when we complained but the replacement room was just as bad. The service in the dining room was unacceptable. We left after 1 night it was so bad and managed to check in to the Radisson and that was an amazing hotel.
