This place is pretty gross. When we arrived to check in, the attendant wasn’t there and there were a few people waiting. The floor was gross and dirty. When we got to our room, we noticed a funky smell. The walls were all stained. The bathroom had a really disgusting water stain and mold on the ceiling. Noise level was a bit high. We could hear the people above us walking and talking in the hallway. We were only staying the night while passing through Fargo. I didn’t eat the breakfast, but that was more because of how gross everything else was. I didn’t want to take a gamble with my stomach. I would scope out other places next time.

Not great
There was a hockey organization that was staying there and kids were running and screaming through the halls WAY past quiet hours. Front desk did nothing. The light was broken in our bathroom. I asked the front desk to change the bulb while we were out and when we got back it wasn't fixed. They said they forgot which room number it was. There were messes everywhere, mostly due to this hockey club.

Average
This was our second stay at this hotel. Booking was easy, location was great for our needs, and our stay was okay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but our furnace was very loud and a couple of things were broken; drain in the tub, curtain rod. Breakfast was good on Saturday but Sundays breakfast had several issues; dirty tables, no bowls for cereal or oatmeal, many items were empty or not refilled, the floor was dirty, and no one around to ask for items.

Not a pleasant stay. The staff were kind, but of course understaffed which leaves the building unclean. The same 2 persons that checked us in was also doing laundry, setting up breakfast and trying to clean rooms as people were checking out. Had to ask for new pillow cases because the others were clearly not changed( feet/ shoe prints on them)
