This room smells like it was locked up for a long time !!! Even the sheets had a smell to them. maybe the heat pump needs cleaning. I'm going back again this week maybe this week will be better.

Disappointment
Very disappointed when I returned to my room at 11:30 PM and it had not been serviced. When asked I was told they only service a room every 3 days. Was staying for 2 nights. I had to go to front desk for towels and they were out of washcloths. Towels were very thin. The kicker at 11:30 PM was that the bathroom was full of ants. Rooms are comfortable and convenient but I would not stay again with these services.

Not impressed
Well first of all we weren’t impressed with the girl at the front desk. Appearance at the front desk does matter! She wasn’t too welcoming and she was wearing a winter hat. We may be kind of old fashioned but it doesn’t make a good impression. We were placed in a handicap accessible room and therefore the shower was set up for that. Didn’t request it. And it took a long time to get hot water! We both took real quick showers because of the set up. Also, no cups in the room for coffee. Theses little things matter as a guest!
