A very old hotel, and service is not the best, two waiters for 15 tables, great view, but needs a lot of work, in the hotel and with the personnel

el servicio es bueno, lo unico malo es que no te dejan introducir alimentos, si quieres tomar una botella te cobran descorche a nosotros nos querían cobrar 550 y solo te andan vigilando para ver si no llevas nada, en el restaurante no venden pan dulce solo pasteles , llevamos pan para acompañarlo con un cafe y tampoco nos dejaron e igual solo nos vigilaban y eso que desayunabamos y comiamos dentro del restaurante , ojala sean mas flexibles en este aspecto, tambien deberian poner horario para el ruido fuerte ya que estaba una pareja y eran las dos de la mañana y tenian un ruido sorprendente y no les decian nada , estos detalles deberian cuidar para que sea excelente el hotel

Se encuentra eb una excelente ubicación . Desafortunadamente ya hay habitaciones en los cuales la puerta ya estan dañadas y en restaurante no atienden en zona de alberca todavez que cuenta con meaas para dicho servicio. Si hay algún tipo de restricción deben notificarlo .

Me gusto mucho la ubicación del hotel, es el único frente al lago, sus jardines están bellos, las habitaciones austeras y les falta ser más limpios en los baños, el personal muy amable, es un lugar bellísimo!!
