All Star in Bad Service
Top 3 worst service experiences ever, and that’s saying something special for bad customer service in Paris. :/

A week
We have stayed at this charming hotel three times , highly recommend getting any of the larger rooms! Super friendly and helpful staff, great neighborhood, metro 10 steps away, smallbuffet breakfast . Everything you need including mono prix is on the same street . It's a local neighborhood! In some rooms you can feel vibration of metro otherwise quiet . No soap dishes or bathrobes. But great nespresso machine in room and small refrigerator. Great value for price.

Cute but horribly noisy
This was not my first time at the hotel but sadly it will be my last. The pluses of the hotel are that it is clean, front desk staff are helpful and room is small but comfortable. The huge minus is the hardwood floors and thin walls. Both of these combine to make it a very noisy hotel. Windows are appropriately thick, it is not street noise. The wood floors amplify the sounds of your neighbors, every word on the tv, every door opening, every word spoken. The pluses of this hotel ( and there are many) can not make up for the lack of sleep when the hotel is full and you do not have earplugs. ☹️ L'Atelier I bid you adieu.

Very close to the subway
Everything was great, the only thing I did not expect is the room is really too small but I guess this is true for most of the hotels in Paris, but overall it was the best location and just one minute walk to the subway.

Decent Stay except for ONE big thing...
This was a decent hotel with acceptable room quality and ambiance. However, I am disappointed with the service I received. I originally booked a 2-night stay but had to cancel the first night because my flight was cancelled. I cancelled one day in advance. I knew that I would not get a full refund for a late cancellation, but I was told by a partial refund may be possible. This hotel did not give me any refund. The part I am upset about is when I arrived early in the morning the next day, my room was not ready. They charged me the FULL price for a 2-night stay, so shouldn't I have been able to check in to my room right away when I arrived on the second day? Why did I have to wait 6 hours for my room to be ready if it was a room that I paid the full amount for for the previous night? All in all, this hotel could have given me a little bit of money back for the inconvenience of not having my room ready until 2 pm the next day when I paid for the previous night. I would not stay here again - they gave a room that I paid for away to someone else and got twice the money for it. To me, that is poor customer service.
