Exceptional10.0
Great place to stay if you're in Shinjuku area.
Great stay, kept coming back to stay. Breakfast is cheap for buffet style meal. Rooms were clean, great that you can do laundry in the room and beds were very comfortable. Location is very convenient and would highly recommend staying here.

Great experience form beginning to the end
Great experience form beginning to the end - the staff is super nice, the room is small but well equipped with a washing machine, microwave and fridge. Firm bed, not huge - good for one (1 guest bedroom), TV has CNN, good shower. All good. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Good location
In August it was hot!!! so the walk (less than a mile) to Shinjuku station was a little uncomfortable but doable. In a cooler month it is a great location and close to a subway station itself. I would stay again. However the in room washer/dryer is not very good. 2 hours to dry.

Easily a reliable choice time and time again!
I'm starting to become a regular here. It was easy for me to walk to and from Shinjuku Station, which makes for a quick start to the day if you are taking day trips. In addition, despite being in a quiet part of town there is still a lot to see, such as the Metropolitan Government Building Observatory and the nearby park. Breakfast never gets boring because the menu rotates and always hits the spot so I can start exploring on a full stomach. The room was also clean, comfortable, and just the right size for a lone traveler. Those who want to base themselves in Western Tokyo on a budget should definitely give this hotel a try. I already know which hotel I'm choosing the next time I go!
