Good stay
It was a great stay. The staff is very nice, but did not seem used to foreign visitors. However, it was still a very nice stay and I would recommend the place to others.

Excellent
The stay was wonderful. It was my first time staying in a hotel alone in Japan as I wouldn't be meeting my partner until after I had checked out, but the comfort of the room made this bearable. It was not difficult to find, it's close to Ikebukuro station, the staff were warm, and the price was great considering the location. I loved the amenities, and hope I have a reason to stay here again when I return in May!

Great Hotel Near Ikebukuro Station
This hotel was so good. I really liked the deep soaking tub in the room and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was great as well. The only thing that they can improve is the breakfast. Even though it was tasty, the chef needs to refill the salad dressing when it's gone. There were multiple days when I had to eat salad without salad dressing. The chef should also stop putting away food before the breakfast time ends because there are still people who are eating and they may want to get more food.

Great 8 Days in Tokyo
Very pleased with service from the front desk. Always helpful when asked about directions, even writing on the maps they gave us! Only complaint was dust on the walls near the window area, which was cleaned next day. Getting from the NEX train was a little tricky. Next time I would get to the C6 West exit. Turn left after exiting the Central train exist walk until you find escalator going down. Walk until you see C6 next to a supermarket and sandwich/sushi shop. Escalator up to road, sharp left turn, walk past headstone business and turn right next street where DOCOMO phone shop is, turn left hotel is on the right! 7-11 is close by for bottled water and fruits. The sushi restaurant located at the bottom of exit has awesome bento's for really good prices. Bought 4 or 5 times there. You may buy an umbrella at the front desk or borrow one.
