Barceló Maya Caribe - All Inclusive

Absolutely beautiful and well care property ,,we will go back for sure ,, 5 state on all categories ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is the best, the service is fantastic and the grounds are impeccable.

Note: this is actually a review for Barcelo Maya Palace as Caribe was closed at the time and we were moved. Also this review is based on stays at other all inclusives at the same price point. Pros: -Majority of staff is helpful and friendly -The hotel is is beautiful -The pools and kids water park are well-maintained -The rooms are very clean and have really nice bathrooms -The 3 restaurants (not buffets) have excellent food -There are quite a few activities for both adults and kids Cons: -The buffet was very repetitive, minimal variation from day to day and the food was mediocre (a lot of it was dry and bland). The deserts were the worst, especially the dry inedible cakes (coming from a cake business owner) -Nearly all amenities besides the pool cost extra (the bowling alley, water park, surf ride, dolphins...etc). At Riu nearly all amenities were included -The hours and cost of these amenities is a guessing game, they do not give you any information upon check-in, so you have to walk all the way there and ask -The rooms were very hot and the thermostat is programed not to go below 68 F -Beds not very comfortable I would stay here again if these issues were addressed. If not I would pay a bit extra for Xacaret and be able to use all of their parks and amenities.

The Barcelo resort never disappoints!! I love the precautions they’re taking during this pandemic. Most things are closed still but it’s even more relaxing in my opinion since it’s more quiet.

We was not able to stay in Barcelo Maya Caribe, because they moved us to different place. It was downgrade compare with options we originally booked.

Everything in this property he was very clean and spacious the food was great the service was good but there’s only one thing that I didn’t like don’t stay on the first floor because one night I couldn’t sleep at all groups of younger people were passing by laughing and talking loud thank you couldn’t get any sleep other than that everything was superb

I liked everything about the property, it's new very clean and very nice. I really enjoyed adults only part :) Restaurants were very nice and food was delicious.

No matter which of the Barcelo resorts you book, you will be put in either the adults only or the family friendly one. Which are both amazing. The others are closed, they are operating at a much lower occupation as before, only a few restaurants are open but service and energy are all so wonderful. Loved the jacuzzy in our room.
