Hotel is new so very clean. But service was very bad and also parking was very inconvenient. Very bad design for inconvenience for the guest. I don’t think I be back.

Dissapointing Service
Stayed a night for my birthday. Just wanted to check it out. The person who checked us in didn’t even greet or thanked us. Not even a smile. We felt like a bother. Meanwhile the other couple who had branded clothes and bags checking in beside us was being treated and talked so nicely and was even asked which side of the hotel would they prefer to stay for the view. We didn’t get a friendly or welcoming treament from the beginning. I was just asked for a credit card and given our key cards. I don’t even remember her telling us which way to go. We just saw the sign to the elevators to go to the 46th floor. The snacks was missing an item so I took a picture right away just in case it gets charged to us. My girlfriend noticed that some of the toiletries had been used. Lotion and conditioner was half used. Complimentary water in the room would also have been nice. For $350 a night we weren’t impressed. Amazing view but very dissapointing service. We would’ve stayed at JW Marriott next to staples if we knew about this since we’ve stayed there before. The only person we interacted with who wasn’t a total snob was the asian guy by the elevators who greeted us with a smile and asked how we were.

Anniversary stay
Went here for 22nd Anniversary and my wife was in heaven. Everything about the hotel was beyond our expectations. Breakfast even came with our reservations. Will definitely stay again.

Final Kings Game Weekend
Very well appointed hotel with incredible views. We were there on a Saturday night. Elevator navigation takes some getting used to as the hotel lobby is on the 70th floor. Outdoor bar on the 73rd floor is very cool although they had some pretty onerous rules if you wanted a table. You are given priority access if you have a room which comes in handy especially on busy nights. Be sure to bring your driver's license as they card you whether you are 21 or 101. The only thing that bothered me was that there were numerous (and quite obvious) ladies of the evening hanging out in the hotel lobby and bars. That situation needs to be curtailed as it does not fit in with a hotel and location like this.

No. Don’t go.
I booked a 2 queen room. Called them to let them know. When I arrived they said they only had rooms with 1 bed available. We had no where else to stay so we took it and had one of us sleep on the couch while another slept on a pull out that the hotel offered. Not the comfiest nor best experience. I would’ve booked elsewhere if I knew.
