Very pleasant stopover
The hotel was great, clean, comfortable and the location is dynamite. Breakfast is included but it located on the other side of the square in a very quaint and friendly establishment. Plenty of food and libations within walking distance. Safe and secure location. My downsides were the towels could be softer and brussels-midi can be a nightmare to navigate for the first timer. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to Brussels.

Decent weekend stay
Lovely view of the square and the room was more spacious (and more bare) than expected. Within walking distance of many things and close to the train. However, while in the room, the noise from the square was at all hours and we could easily hear a lot of noise from the room next door. The room itself could benefit from sound dampening by adding a couple rugs or other decor.

Wonderful place to stay
Wonderful hotel with great location ! I couldn’t even dream to stay right in the center of Brussels and see the Grand Place from my window. Clean and comfortable , amazing staff who knows you by name . You feel like you are the part of their family . Hearty tasty breakfast was a great plus. I really recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there next time I am in Brussels!!!!

Beautiful hotel, great location & amazing staff!
This is a perfect location if you want to stay in the middle of everything! Plenty of restaurants and shopping right downstairs. We were lucky enough to be there right before the Christmas events started in the square so we got to watch them practicing for the light shows that illuminated the buildings (including ours). It was really neat! Also, as busy as this square is, the room was still very quiet. We arrived after the standard check-in time and the manager went above and beyond what we could have expected to make sure we were able to get into our room effortlessly. The next morning we were given a voucher for breakfast at a cute restaurant across the square and it was delicious! We expected some coffee and a croissant maybe, but the gentleman said it was a set menu so we just smiled and said ok. He came back with coffee, juice, tea, a basket of all different types of pastries, and an omelet. I know it's not exactly a review that pertains to the hotel room but it's definitely worth mentioning since the hotel and the restaurant were working together. I would definitely stay here again!
