Spent a few nights during the winter months in December. Thermostat cannot be controlled in room, rather was set by hotel and the temperature did not drop below 26 degrees centigrade, even with 3 windows open. Many common bathroom ammenities not provided such as lotion or hand soap. Very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Only redeeming factor was the view.

3 day stay for a couples holiday , great location and unparalleled view. The room is getting a little tired and needs some TLC. The coffee table had a loose leg and the cupboard door fell off but was repaired promptly when reported.

The property is located at a good area of Busan. The views are incredible from the room. The hotel does not have an ADA compliant entrance so bringing up luggages you would have to go up or down about 5 large steps. The beds are of and mine sank on the side people sit on the most. Very hard bed. Pillows were somewhat comfortable and if you want your room made, the sign has to be outside your room. Towels were forgotten 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. But I would stay for the views, location and price.

Good hotel. A tad expensive witbout breakfast.
It was comfortable and in a nice location on the sea front. Staff were very helpful and the room was serviced daily. My only downpoint is that breakfast is not included. The hotel is not cheap, particularly on a Friday and Saturday and I feel for the price you pay then breakfast should be in. Otherwise a good stay overall.
