Very bad hotel
Very bad treatment, theft, I booked a family room, and they gave us a triple room, and when asked, they told me that you are 3 people and not four, there is no need to take a family room, and you booked through hotels.com, go and complain to them, and press cancel reservation, I told him that the money cannot be returned, he told me this is your problem and not mine, very very bad treatment, and disrespect, and I do not advise anyone to enter this place, and the air conditioner is out of order

Good hotel run by rude and unfriendly staff unfortunately. They don't even have basic etiquette, they didn't even say welcome when i entered, just upset face giving me the keys to the room without a single word, then on checkout, different staff, same thing. weird people
