located at Chinatown. The room I stayed first night is by far worst than the one displayed at internet. Never could be rated 3 stars. The second night was at a much better room, but still beyond of what is expected for a 3 stars level.

Bad hotel, dont book them
The A/C gets hot sometimes. Goes on and off. The internet sucks. Keeps dropping. No adult content. They block the adult content. I pay for the rooms. You should give me food service. The terminator came in my room to spray while I was in the room. They say it wasnt toxic. But all bug spray all toxic to human health. I found a roach in my room. When I ask for some more towels. They say your room is already clean. You dont need any more towels.

nice stay, helpful friendly staff.
only hard part was beds were on platform so you had to climb up and down about 1/2 meter every time. it was clean, staff was helpful, simple to get to SMRT stations. good location in Chinatown. would stay again...if room with beds on floor

Rude front desk lady who wants to charge extra!
This was the second time I stayed here. The first time was great, as the young gentleman checking me in gave me a free upgrade. This time I booked a Standard room and asked the lady at the front desk if there was room for a free upgrade, as I was offered that last time. She looked and said no. She gave me the standard room that I booked, which is fine. However, when I went into my room, it felt like stepping into a shoe box. The room had no windows and does not look like the pictures at all. I went down to ask if there was another room with a window, and she informed me that there are none available. She said if I wanted, I could pay extra to upgrade to a different room. So obviously there were rooms available, but she did not want to give a upgrade, but wanted to charge extra to change rooms. I decided to upgrade because the original room made me feel very uncomfortable. The room I upgraded was Superior and looked like the pictures for the standard room, which I originally booked. I feel like that is so wrong to mislead the customers like that just to get them to pay extra. She was not helpful or genuine at all and just wanted to charge customers more money. For the amount of money you pay at this hotel, is not worth what you get. There are plenty more hotels in the area that are cheaper and offer the same thing. The only good thing is it's in a good location right next to Chinatown MRT Station, and the wifi was fast. Other than that, not happy with this stay at all.
