Overall a great stay, location was great for our needs, room was large enough for the four travellers, clean, easy check in with lovely staff on reception. Our only issue was that the rooms are not serviced on weekends or public holidays. We were there for 3 nights with 4 adults- rubbish bins not emptied, towels not replaced, complementary tea and coffee not topped up, no cloth or tea towel to clean our coffee cups nor was there a toilet brush in the bathroom.
