Pretty hotel with indoor pool
Pretty hotel with indoor pool (& steam room & sauna & spa) & restaurant/ bar). We travelled with our daughter & the room had her single bed in the entry hallway, so it was a good configuration. Room had a fridge. Kids are allowed in the pool.

Dated Hotel slightly Fawlty Towersesque!
The hotel did not have a children’s menu. They offered my children aged 8 & 10 veal as the only choice! In the end after some strong discussion they managed to provided a steak hache. The singer in the bar was very poor and appeared more like a family get together than something professional. It made us feel that we had stepped back in time to the 70’s. the hotel did feel slightly dated and not a modern hotel at all.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting aix les bains. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious but have no A/C. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very rundown hotel
This hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside the rooms are shabby and rundown. Think old linoleum flooring, worn carpets. Couldn't wait to leave the next day. Also, they don't tell you in advance, but there is no internet access in the rooms. Guests have to sit in the lobby to use the internet, and even then it was extremely slow. The price was low, and you get what you pay for.

Where does one begin: DONT GO
1.Upon arrival and check in we proceeded to our “family room” that was stuffy, stale, and in need of updating. 2.Our reservation was to include Internet after unpacking our things we attempted to logon but no signals. At reception and were told that in fact Internet is only in common areas. After a lengthy conversation with the manager it was decided to move us to a room above the lobby that the signal. The new room was a bit less stale but a view of the front parking lot. 3.Upon attempting to enter the swimming pool we were told that there was an aqua fitness class taking place, we would have to wait until 19:15. We then had to persuade our 3 year old of the hold on near to her bedtime. 4.My husband was told that he had the inappropriate swimwear. Apparently they only permitted skintight suits for men? The worker in the pool then proceeded to tell us that ALL over France this is the case. Well no, we are in Chamonix now with no issues. 5.Only given small hand towels at the pool 6.Our room was booked for 3 but we only got 2 towels in the room. 7.The smaller bedroom smelled terribly like BO. 8.At breakfast, overpriced, we had to cram in a small area of the dinning room with the other patrons because the server was policing the area had the majority of the tables set for dinner and it was only 8:30! •I will note that the tall lady who worked the desk was as nice as she could be but that does not make up for all our issues!
