Outstanding. Best place to stay in Split
Excellent place to stay in Split, with the most cordial and helpful staff I have seen in a long time. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is within walking distance to the Riva and the Palace, as well as the Old Port. Highly recommended!

Great service from owner and staff. Even packed us a breakfast because of early departure. Room was not a pretty as in pic but over all a great place to stay for one night. Good location, but not on the right side of town if looking for a quick bite to eat before bed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They ensured my room was ready even though I arrived well before check-in time. They couldn't have done more to help me. But the hotel photos give a rather misleading impression of the views from the windows. Great hotel if all you want to do is sleep there and spend your days outside, which is what many people do.

Great stay,and the best staff
Very friendly helpful staff. Eager to help and very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Large room, comfortable bed. Great central location close to tourist area and port and bus station and train station. Would recommend and stay again.

Great one night stay at Royal Suites.
Great one night stay at Royal Suites. Didn't arrive till 7PM, but had a very warm welcome from Karla, along with some alcoholic treats and restaurant/sight seeing recommendations.and a general friendly chat. She was still there when we returned for the night. Also met the friendly Antonio in the morning - also v helpful. Very convenient location for transport, sight seeing and restaurants etc. Great facilities, and good room with balcony. Recommended.
