Good value for a Paris city stay
Great continental breakfast, towels were changed daily, rooms are small but overall good value. Location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and a bread bakery right across the street. Also close to metro station.

Great character hotel
Excellent hotel in a great paris neighborhood. There was street noise till very late but that is the charm of inner city paris. Rooms were a little bigger than my last paris hotel. Heating and cooling worked. Beds weren't the best but acceptable. The only negative I would have is my own stupidity. When I searched, I looked for free breakfast, this hotel was listed so I chose it. If you look at the hotel details, breakfast is available, not free. It was a very good breakfast but it wasn't free l I have to be m ore careful as I paid for 3 rooms, 6 nights so the 10 euro breakfast was a bit of a shock when checking out.

Not worth the price I paid.
The location is not as centric as I thought; the train trips to the Eiffel Tower and other locations were long. The train stations were nearby though, so that’s a plus. Laundromat, markets and restaurants were nearby. The lift is very small, for 2 people and a suitcase, at the most. The room was very small, no closet and no safe (the wall is the closet, there were hangers). Breakfast was okay. WiFi was good.

trash was still in the trashcan when we checked into our room. they did not have our breakfast listed and tried to charge us until I showed them that breakfast was included. they were very nice staff and helpful other than this. it was a very nice room.

Fun
The staff was very helpful especially considering we didn't know the language. The hotel was full of modern art and was very nicely decorated. The breakfast was better than anything you can find in the USA. The fact that it had an elevator considering its very narrow design was respectable. Usually a building of that size isn't as clean or comfortable as Les Arts was. There are some nice cafes and a bakery across the street and the big shopping places are only about a 10 minute walk away. The only thing is one night we didn't hand towels for some reason.
