Simply amazing experience
Hotel is located a quite area half way from Galata Tower and Taksim square. Great experience overall: super friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful and spacious room and last but not least an amazing breakfast with an incredible view on the Bosphorus! My wife isn’t a morning person whatsoever, nonetheless after trying our first breakfast at sunrise due to some early work to do, she couldn’t get enough of it and so sunrise breakfast became the routine of our stay at Tomtom

Genuinely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Assisted us with any requests we made. Always welcoming and asking about our day. Breakfast was superb every single morning, as were the waiters and kitchen staff. Very quick to remember our preferred drinks. The restaurant was a great experience too. The area is very quiet but walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We picked the Luxury suite to celebrate both our 40th birthdays and we were not disappointed. Large, very clean space, fantastic rooftop balcony (my particular favourite feature) with a lovely view and retractable awning.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it’s a absolutely good choice. The hotel is very sleek & clean, the room is very spacious & bright, the staffs r so friendly and they r trying the best to help u. The breakfast is the best quality We ever had, specially with Fuat’s experienced service. Also, 2 gentleman at front desk r so professional.by giving efficient tourism information We had a great time and will definitely comeback again !

Tomtom suites are nice. It is good value for money and the rooms are large. It’s clean. Had a nice welcome drink (certainly try the Turkish wines!). Ate dinner at their restaurant (Nicole, even has a Michelin star, but also a big price tag). I liked that the area was closed off to traffic due to the Italian embassy across the street. Something to mention, which has left me torn about the hotel- we had problems with taxi drivers. Upon arriving we were very stressed due to our taxi driver, but this wasn’t Tomtom’s fault. He didn’t turn the meter on, wouldn’t accept card, demanded euro, wouldn’t offer change, basically thought an amount up and said it’s what we have to pay (an inflated rate, according to all info online). To avoid this on the trip home, I asked Tomtom to arrange a taxi, and to tell the driver to turn the meter on and that we will pay card. Tomtom arranged one of their mates to do the job (fine), however upon driving two minutes away from the hotel, the driver changed his tune. The meter was promptly turned off, and we now needed to take a different, much more expensive route. We were being sucked into a scam again. I demanded the driver call Tomtom, he did, however the hotel was no help. They were on the driver’s side. And he wouldn’t return us to the hotel. I was very disappointed with this, complained to Tomtom, but they sided with the driver still. I guess this is just the situation for tourists. Beware. Still a great hotel, but get your own taxi.
