Customer service was rude. The whole experience I didn’t like. Shower curtains falling. All that money and y’all can’t replace shower curtains.

Hotel room was not clean. I was charged a pet fee for my service animal. Multiple alarms went off during the night and we got prank phone calls. Our door also was broken and my dog was trapped inside.

Unregulated rules at this facility. A family of 20 were celebrating a birthday party, and they partied until the late hours of the night. The front desk tried her best to control, but they wouldn’t listen. Especially after the alcohol kicked in. Superspreader event, that’s for sure! On my floor! We checked out the same night we checked in. Expecting a full refund.

I have stayed at staybridge hotels several times. This time was very disappointing. Im glad it was only fir 2 nights. There must have been several room gatherings or parties, noise all night into the early morning. People frim the pool left puddles of water on the hall floors and the elevator floors. A strong scent of weed in the halls. It is a non-smoking building, signs are posted everywhere. I have a handicapped child, and couldn't park in the handicapped spot because non- handicapped cars were parked and people just sat in their cars and smoked. I didn't want any problems, so I ended up parking further away from the entrance and struggled to get my child in the hotel. I love your hotels, but thus stay was just very uncomfortable. No rest for me and my family at all.

Positives: Clean room, Courteous and friendly cleaning staff. Cleaning schedule was consistent and thorough. The whole building smelled clean, no musty smoking smells found in other hotels. Beds were fairly comfortable. Negatives. Check-in counter employees, although thorough, seemed disinterested. None of them smiled our entire stay. Services, like breakfast and pool, were minimalized, if not curtailed, for covid. Understandable, but price did not vary, so we ended up paying for services we were not able to take advantage of. Also, we ordered a king bed online and were given a room with a queen bed. We were told that the system doesn't tell them what bed you ordered and they standardly assign queen beds. Not cool.

The Guest in room 220 play loud R&B music and was laughing and talking loudly and kept us awake. I complained to the front desk twice that night. The guest continued to laugh and talk loudly. We got very little sleep that night and was too tired to drive the next day. I ask the front desk for another night at a discount and was denied due the manager not texting the front desk back for early that morning. I got a call from the sales manager on 10/28/2020 who said she would credit me funds for my inconvenience. I did like the hotel. The man at check in was very professional. I would go back.
