When we arrived for check-in, we were told that we booked the ‘Eco’ package (room cleaning every 3 days). I explained that the hotel.com booking description did not indicate this at all. The hotel said if we want daily cleaning, it would be extra cost. After much discussion and providing hard copy of my booking description, they honor the daily cleaning without additional charge. However, this experience left a negative impression of the hotel and somewhat with hotel.com on the lack of transparency of the hotel package.

Incredible service!
This hotel had incredible service!!! The staff goes above and beyond. They have laundry downstairs and we attempted to do our laundry. We couldn't figure out dryer as it was in Japanese. I asked the staff for help and they took our wet laundry dried and folded it while we were out. This kind of service was noticed throughout our stay from multiple staff. It's also in a great location walking distance to many things. Room was clean and updated. This hotel doesn't have many amenities, but if your touring Tokyo it's really not needed. The only negative was breakfast was limited and the same every day, so that got a bit boring.

Perfectly comfortable stay
Larger than usual Japan hotel rooms (we were in a twin bed room). Clean. Good value. Breakfast (included) was ample - eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, salad, yogurt with fruit sauce, croissants, toast, coffee machines, juice. Near major railways, easy to get around town, using reloadable Suica cards.
