Great Hotel. Horrible Management.
This hotel is nice location, nice rooms, great location. But don’t count on the management for understanding hospitality. They are the wrong people running a hotel. Asked the manager for 60 minutes late checkout three days in advance and absolutely refused to try. But the manager clearly states she didn’t care. Seriously you can’t manage your hotel around checkouts, clean, and check ins better than that? I also worked in hotel. I accept that there are only 75 rooms and they were fully booked. But we were only talking 60 minutes. An out the door by 1pm and first checking is at 2pm. Totally manageable. So here’s my summary. If you just need a decent place to stay. Yes an ok choice. But if you expect any sense of a hotel with hospitality for any basic needs I’d say there are other hotels.

Nice hotel, great location
I stayed here a few times over a two week period and found it to be pretty good. Location is great (2 mins walk to the BTS) and very near lots of great places to eat, bars and shops etc. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are huge and very comfortable. Communal areas are looking a little dated but thats nothing really. Wifi was very good and bed was comfortable, shower was great. Breakfast was a touch disappointing as it was small and flies were hovering around the tables inside. On a weekend I went down a little later and there was little food left. The pool is nice but is overlooked by the outside breakfast tables which was very off putting having people watch you swim. Gym was small but nice and fine to use a couple of times for a light workout. Overall a great hotel for a very good price.

Just an honest review
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check-in early into the newly renovated Roselle Suite. Room was nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. Bathroom lighting seemed a bit off (really too poorly lit for its size) as if it was missing a light fixture above the bathtub. Hotel had some renovations going on so they probably switched off the air cons in the lifts (very warm and stuffy). We came back to our freshly made-up room on one of the mornings and found a semi-alive cockroach in its back right on the living room floor. Informed the staff during our checkout and the apologized profusely. Hotel staff were also very nice to follow up with us when my friend misplaced his wallet at ICONSIAM. Reached out to him promptly via email. Location-wise, not my favorite as there wasn’t any Family Matt / 7-Eleven within walking distance.

Good 6.0
Pro: We like the service of the staff, very helpful and polite. Ground floor staff were always attentive of coming in and leaving the hotel and helped to open the door for us. Swimming pool is great. Room size is great. Con: The hotel was under renovation and there was a very strong smell of renovation on our floor, the elevator and the corridor. After two nights, we could not stand any more as my husband is allergic to the thinner smell, so we requested a change of room, the front desk staff was very helpful and gave a higher floor room, the room had less smell but the corridor and the elevator was still filled with thinner smell. We thought it was the centralized ventilation caused the smell to run through the hotel.

Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel with reasonable price
The staffs are so nice and helpful. The facilities and the room are so tidy and cozy, super large bath tub which 2 people can sit inside at the same time. Smart TV in the room with a variety of channels. Breakfast is included in our booking. Breakfast was nice, semi-buffet style. You’ll be provided a breakfast menu and you can choose any food from there, it’s all-you-can-eat, so the food can be freshly made and serve freshly. Location is also so convenient. Hotel is so close to BTS station, around 5 mins walking distance. You will also find Central Embassy across the street, actually it’s just in front of the hotel, so you can get any food or grab some coffee easily. I recommend this hotel and definitely will come back again.
