The first room we got didnt look like the photos, was very mouldy and had peeling wall paper due to the humid environment. It was not really safe to stay in, however the staff did accommodate and relocate us to a nearby hotel for free.

フロントに人がおらず、電話したところ外国人の男性がやってきた。用があればカカオトークでメッセージを送ってほしいと言われた。私は韓国語が話せるため何とかなったが、話せない人はどうしようもないだろう。また、シャワーの前に洗濯機が置かれていて、シャワーも事実上使用出来なかった。
