My husband and I were in Greensboro for our daughter's college graduation. We found the Bed and Breakfast to be a welcoming home with an attentive owner. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. It is clean and decorated for comfort and convenience. It is close to the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, the Colosseum, and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed the morning breakfast and the relaxed easy atmosphere. I wish I had found this place sooner!

Comfortable and hospitable but not luxurious.
This was very convenient to the university and the owner of the B&B was very friendly and hospitable. I was a little nervous about there being a hall bathroom but it didn't turn out to be an issue. This was great for traveling alone but not what I'd choose for a romantic get-away.

The Dailey Renewal is a fine old home with furnishings to match. We were greeted by the owner and given a key to come and go as we pleased. Shown where the facilities were and asked what time we'd like to dine for breakfast. We left and did our visiting with family and returned to the B&B before it got too late. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Bed was a little small, but comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was small but tasty. Coffee was delicious, I gave my slice of turkey bacon to my wife as I don't particularly care for turkey bacon. Overall a nice place to stay.
