The hotel and amenities are great. I wish breakfast wasn't an "a la carte" type situation, but there's a Starbucks a few steps away - so breakfast isn't too far out of the way. What really stood out was the afternoon receptionist, Jamie. She was super friendly and very helpful. Having lived in the area before, I was already familiar with what's around, but she's an absolute gem and provided me with other ideas on how to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Hotels can all offer similar amenities and prices, but people make the difference. I will be back because of people like Jamie who work here and make the stress of traveling a little bit easier!
