The rooms are very dated, blankets are like window curtains, the wifi tv connection is very slow, aside from traffic outside, the noise level inside the hotel is very loud, kids running and shouting loud at late hours in the night. They charged me an additional 10usd for a bathroom towel because the one I had got damaged and I threw it out.

Todo bien, todo cerca para hacer las diligencias, me fue bien. Aunque para descansar se hace dificil si tienes sueño liviano, se escucha todo, la gente en el pasillo hablando, las puertas abriendo y cerrando. La panaderia y restaurant todo muy bien, la comida es buena. Muchas gracias por recibirme.

Puntos a favor: En pleno centro de caracas ideal para hacer diligencias como tramites en SAIME, CNE, entre otros La panadería tiene una gran variedad para desayunos y el café es excelente, también cuenta con restaurante y sus arepas son muy buenas Puntos en contra: Tiene algunas habitaciones que no tienen ventanas, cuando llegamos nos dieron una así y no la soporte pedí un cambio y nos la dieron al dia siguiente, el wifi es demasiado lento constantemente se colgaba y el televisor tenía cable pero solo se veían canales nacionales, si quieres hielo tienes que pedirlo, si te dan agua cundo te entregan la habitación pero cuando se acabe tienes que rellenarla en recepción del botellón que tienen allí, necesite el servicio de lavandería si te laban la ropa por $10 la lavadora pero no le pusieron jabón a la ropa 🙈, la habitación no cuenta contaba con nevera y estuvimos en otros hoteles en donde las habitaciones mas sencillas contaban con nevera.
