Very Good
Hotel good, skip the restaurant
Check in was easy and friendly. Room spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. Laundry room clean and easy to use. Only issue was the restaurant. Ordered two grilled cheese/tomato soup, a salad to split and two glasses of water. Almost 30 minutes later, the water arrived, followed by the meal. The salad was cold and crisp. One set of utensils for two people. The real issue was the grilled cheese and soup. The soup was tepid, which is odd because the bowl was warmer than the soup. The grilled cheese was rock hard, and no cheese. Well, perhaps some one had sprinkled parmesan in between the slices. It was inedible. The salad croutons were softer (without dressing). So yes to the hotel, but no to the restaurant.

Exceptional
Amarillo stay
It was excellent. The hotel is close to an outstanding restaurant across the street called Crush. The hotel staff was very attentive and hospitable.

Poor
Not a happy camper!
The hotel was dirty and the room was shabby. This is not my usual Marriott experience. I was so disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Best hotel across all the best places to be.
It was a great place to stay and overall experience! The bistro downstairs was a nice choice for food as well. We would highly recommended staying here.

Room is better than Vegas rooms
Amazing! I asked for a room with a cool view, maybe high up if they had something, and he put me in this insanely plush room with a biew of the Santa Fe Building on the 8th floor. I had a circular couch thing in their that made me feel like a Dubai Oil Baron or Saudi Prince or something. It was better than a room in Vegas. Very pleased, and only $129! Also, the place is highly walkable with plenty of food and drink options. I recco end Crush Wine Bar or the Esquire Jazz Club. Six Car Brewery also had an amazi g Pork Belly Carbonara. Stay here, you’ll be glad you did. Oh, and go hike the Lighthouse Trail at Palo Duro Canyon while you’re nearby. It’s incredible.
