Good value for money
We were really happy with the hotel in general. Especially during off season it was great value for money. Perfect location, nice breakfast on an open terrace, vallet-parking service, fitness room, WiFi everything we apprecite. Also the description, photos and recommendations were in line with reality.

Classic Palermo
This is a superb classic hotel, located not far from the central walking district of downtown Palermo. The rooms are quite spacious, and nicely appointed, if a bit older. The service at the desk is excellent, and the folks there really went out of their way to help make our stay easy and problem free. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again if in Palermo for leisure.

There was a slight glitch st check-in, and the front desk corrected it quickly and professionally. Our stay was very satisfying. Staff were always available with recommendations for dining and sightseeing

The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. However, one of the plug sockets had wiring that was exposed, without any warnings, etc. My boyfriend didn't notice, and got a terrible electric shock when he tried to plug something in. We told the reception what happened, and that they needed to check this/cover it up, and they said they would. When we returned, nothing had been done. Very dangerous if we had small children/for future guests.
