GM did not disappoint
This is my 2nd time at the Grand Millenium and it never disappoints. From the friendly staff from the valet parking to the concierge to the housekeeping department, they were all so friendly. I noticed that they are all smiles when I am coming near and it vibrates the good vibes. Syed, the one assigned to me at the concierge was very much kind and helpful. I booked same day as my birthday and didn’t ignored it, the best part was giving me a late check out as per my request since maybe it is my birthday, they even made a surprise for me durinf the night with a birthday cake, I really appreciate it soooo much. The hotel is very clean! Excellent cleanliness for me, I booked a lot of hotels for leisure and this hotel is one of the best I must say. Moreover, we enjoyed amenities like the jacuzzi and a connecting pathway going to the Al Wahda mall which is very convenient. Breakfast buffet is okay but not a lot of selection, nonetheless, we enjoyed it. I will surely go back to Grand Millenium as I have experienced an excellent service for the 2nd time. Thank you.

Very nice hotel
Location is very good, right downtown. Very clean hotel, with direct access to Al Wahda Mall. The staff is very friendly and reacts quickly to any issues. We had. breakfast and dinner, both not fabulous, but very good The only minus is the noisy air conditioning and the opening hours of the pool, which is closing too early, at 19:30. The authorities in Abu Dhabi require PCR test for allowing access to most of the public areas, including for the ones fully vaccinated. The validity is 14 days and you can do it in the Al Wahda Mall for AED 40 per person. Need to install AlHosn app. Usage of VPN is restricted in Abu Dhabi. Whatsapp can be used for text or recorded messages, not for phone calls. You can use Gochat app for phone calls. SIM cards can be bought in the airport, at arrival. I have paid AED 150 for 22 GB, 50 mins international calls and unlimited locql calls, valid 7 days.

The property is very nice and well kept. The best thing is being able to walk right into the mall and shop or get some food. Very professional and courteous staff. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I know it’s an Arabic country but there are not many American movie channel like MBC and so on. Also there could be a bit more equipment in the gym.
