Tidy 1 bedroom apartment
Great sized 1 bedroom apartment. I had a separate kitchen, separarte bathroom, and separate living area.
It was tidy & simply furnished. It’s by no means fancy in the decor etc, but after having lived in South America for 3 years it was fine. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea but it was sufficient for what I needed

Fantastic for the price and location, not so much for the condition of the rooms.
The power points were all located directly above the floor on the skirting or directly on a shelf, so out charging plugs would not work as the cords came out the bottom which had no room due to the floor or shelf. There was one power point in the bathroom that we had to use for this purpose.
Other than that, a more thorough clean, some fresh paint and updated shelving for the TV bracket (was a piece of board balanced on an older style bracket) would see my ratings increase for this property.

Great apartment. Cooking facility, kitchen and bathroom all great, Couch a bit old and carpet could do with an up grade however bed was good as too was sofa bed. Needs a good coat of paint and would be fantastic. Great location

Reception was 200m down the road in another block of apartments which was odd but okay. We were on the top floor and there was no lift so thankfully we are okay with stairs. The passageway smelt like cigarette smoke, people would smoke by the front door and it lingered in the hall. There was parking out the back not great for big cars but still manageable. It was a comfortable stay but nothing fancy. Checking in late and leaving early was really easy and the hotel staff were accomodating.
