In Transition, Has Potential to be good
I stayed at the hotel for about a week with my family booking other rooms. First night was in the courtyard, the mattress is very lumpy and you can feel the springs. The courtyard room is quit dated and dark but the shower was pretty good compared to the ones inside the main building. The rest of the stay was inside the main building, which recently has gone through a big renovation. It became clear during the stay that they are understaffed and the staff are new/not trained enough. I asked the friendly cleaning staff where the breakfast is served and she said she didn't know. Multiple times the front desk had nobody there and you need to wait. There is one person running around during breakfast and had multiple mornings where there was not enough utensils. Both me and my family members encountered stained bed sheets or towels in our rooms. Call ahead if there are weddings/events if you are a sensitive sleeper, noise levels go through the hotel and can be until 3am. The staff are very friendly and it is clear they are in transition now. They seem to be more focused on events/seminars and less on the experiences of the rooms. May need more time to figure out who their ideal customer is and build the experience for that type of customer. I would go again but would avoid the courtyard rooms.

Shithole
Terrible place, shithole. Hair on the carpets, mould on the shower. Keep away.

Dirty room
Very disappointed with the hotel room. Half eaten food off the previous occupant, very hard bed, only a couple of channels available on the TV, due to the picture kept braking up. The bathroom was very dirty with hand marks on the door, cobwebs and dirt on the corners of the floor. But worst of all was the POO on the wall next to the toilet.

Spacious rooms. Clean and tidy
Spacious room with shower. Food was of a good standard. Hotel is having a bit of work done when I was here but no noise or inconvenience during my stay. Good price and pleasant staff and atmosphere. Would recommend.
