The keys are beautiful but i was only there for a brief night on personal business and didn't really get to enjoy all there was to offer

Average motel room. No breakfast food or even coffee. Supposed to be coffee at the Tiki bar but it was one thermos of regular coffee that was empty by 8:00 in the morning. Nothing special

Good place to stay
Was a great place to stay. Had nice view of water. Beds are comfortable. Room is clean and kept up for age of the place and the storms it has endured. Would definitely stay there again. 15 miles or so to key west but wasnt a problem for us. If yor are drinking folks would be too far ..there is a very nice tiki bar on site and was busy every night. Staff waa friendly and helpful. Totally enjoyed the place.

The room and view were great. Very clean. There was a farmers market almost on site that I enjoyed. The lodge restaurant was closed and there were minimal nearby options for food. There was a Tiki Bar on site but no pool or bikes or kayaks for guest use.

Slept in the truck the first night when we arrived at key west at 2 am. Found hotel next morning through website. Cheaper than the rest. Arrived at 3pm. Room was ready. 6 PM headed to tiki bar before planning to eat dinner. Met local people with plenty of stories. They recommend the place to eat 5miles up the road on sugarloaf key. Best stew I every had. Just seafood and broth. Amazing. Key lime pie sold to us as the whole pie. Sweet. Local people also set up a boat with captain Ron for our own excursion on Mitchell key. Only ones on sand key. Star fish, crabs, and saw yellow tale sharks. SHARKS I said swimming in the water. Scary but totally fantastic. After the key was consumed by the high tide and no more sand to stand on. Captain ron took us to his lobster traps on the way back. That was cool also. Very nice experience. One we wont forget.
