The aircon in our room over our bed didn’t work and the fans when it’s was too hot was disappointed. They never changed our sheet once was there for 4 days. We got 4 towels on the first day and one the third day we only got two towels. No fresh towels everyday.

If you want a fancy resort with all the bells and whistles like air con and TV then don't come to Savaii Beach Lagoon. But if you want to have a REAL holiday, engage with people, relax and adopt Samoan time , have the lagoon at your doorstep, have basic but functional amenities and be treated like a good friend then this is your place.

I completely missed themention of this property not having air conditioning, so at times it was very hot and muggy in our room however the location, kitchen amenities and room views are incredible and we had a beautiful family holiday. There was also an unforseen delay for us in catching our ferry on time to get to Savaii so we arrived a day late to our booking and missed out a whole day in discovering Savaii. Savaii Lagoon Resort really extended their hospitality by offering us credit at the restaurant, when they didnt need to do anything at all as we couldnt have given the required 24hrs notice yet they still tried to make our loss a little less felt.
