Got wrongly charged for 250 USD!!!
My overall stay was so-so (ok for the price), however the hotel customer service and overall hotel management left very bad feeling. Issue description: around one day of our stay there was a testing of fire alarms on the floor (as confirmed later by the reception). We complained about constant beeping on the corridor. Reception said, they send someone to fix and indeed - the noise stopped at some point. After midnight, we got woken up by strobes flashing in the room, as the silent fire alarm started. We called reception again and they sent a maintenance guy, who wasn't able to fix the issue, so he ripped the alarm out of the wall (!). This is how it stayed for the rest of the stay. We notified reception multiple times and they always said they will send someone to check but never did. So we left the property and on the same day we found out we were charged for violating anti-smoking policy (!!) even though none of us is a smoker and did NOT smoke there. We return back to reception to complain and they confirmed it is a mistake and the 250 USD will be returned. Until this day it didn't happen and ever since I am trying to connect with the hotel to pay us back both via hotels.com and phone (no hotel email for claims is available), so i am paing even more phone charges (i'm from Europe) to get this fixed an my money returned. Overall this experience is leaving a bitter mark on my stay in the great city of New York. Cannot recommend this Hotel chain

We had a good stay here.
The only thing I could ever complain about was not having enough shampoo, conditioner, coffee, etc. it seemed alittle difficult to get extra supplies. We never did get condiments for our coffee and had had to ask twice for our toiletries. Other than that, everything was good.
