Exceptional
Great value and service - best price in Pamplona
It was my second stay in the Hotel Agustinos and I can say I had a great time once again. The location of the hotel makes it ideal for business purposes, but it is good also for family stays as I went with my kids and they enjoyed the time there. The hotel staff has been superb, I couldn't be happier with the people in Reception, Cleaning and Restaurant. The food in the Restaurant is very good and affordable. Internet service is free and has good reception and speed, so connectivity service is definitely not a problem in the Hotel. Location wise it is about 10 minute walk from the nearest bus stop (which has regular buses to the city in a 15 minute trip) and close to supermarkets and a big shopping center with amenities. It is better to have a car but it is not fundamental. I want to thank everybody there and I will be staying in Hotel Agustinos again for sure.

The room had the sun on it all day long and was over 35 c in the room we went to reception to inform them that the air con was not working only to be told that it was switched off for the winter. It advertiser's air con on the web site . this made a very uncomfortable night.

Great hotel. Not too easy to find but well worth the effort. Good value. Clean and well equipped room. Tea/coffee would have been welcome though. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. We were offered eggs and bacon. Fresh eggs, fried to perfection, a real treat. Very friendly. Secure parking. We have the hotel in our SatNav and will stay again.

Had a great stay with easy access to San Fermin
This hotel has so much potential, more staff is required in the kitchen. Also, wifi is in need of an upgrade...virtually unusable. Existing staff was very friendly and helpful...felt bad for them at times.
