Great location
Great place to stay. The only issue is check in if you arrive at hours outside of there availability.

Overall great stay!
Overall my stay at La Norte Blu was very pleasant. Although I wish I could of checked in directly at the hotel. I did appreciate the prompt emails and assistance with check-in from Hotel Arcadia. The breakfast and service staff were extremely pleasant! I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I'm ever in Florence.

The room was okay. The service was friendly. Breakfast was also good and location was convenient. Overall, a good place. The only problem with our room was that the AC cut out at night. When it cooled off outside (around midnight) the AC stopped putting out cold air. We could open the windows to let in cool evening air and it was bearable - except for the 10 mosquito bites that my son got. Friendly folks, decent place for the price, and I'd stay there again.

amazing customer service!
we got in late and Silvia, the owner, had emailed me earlier with very detailed instructions on how to get in after hours. we were greeted by her mom, who is the sweetest thing, and she helped us get settled. we were excited about the air conditioning but because it was September and "cold," they turned it off. to accommodate us, they lent us a fan, which was great. bed comfy but pillows were the worst. would definitely recommend!

A pleasant stay in Florence
To start with a very nice lady with a smile always, taking a step above and beyond to answer all questions, even giving directions on what & where to go. A clean place. Fair prices with specious room comparing to the rest of the hotels in area. Location in the middle of the city close to the main sites to visit. Indeed I recommend this place, I tried other places which were smaller and had bad customer service.
