My wife and daughter stayed at the Hotel Niwa and really enjoyed our six day stay. Great location, room and breakfast. Very boutique hotel feel with excellent service.

The staff was very helpful and amazing. Suidobashi and Ochanomizu area is great for shopping for gifts and has a lot of cheap delicous eateries. It's a quick walk to Jimbocho. I had a great stay and it's so far my #1 choice for when I return to Tokyo.

Just right
One of the best hotels in our travels. Low key, but everything's done right. Facilities, staff, breakfast, location near the Suidobashi station.

Perfect Hotel, Convenient Location!
Excellent price and you get more than your money's worth. The location is incredibly convenient (less than 5 minutes walk from JR Suidobashi station, east exit). Staff all courteous and helpful. Room extremely comfortable with every imaginable amenity (including pajamas). Would 100% recommend staying here when in Tokyo!

Yuriko was awesome!
The hotel was very nice and the price point made it more appealing. Tucked away in a quiet block away from the usual hustle and bustle, I equate this to the eastern neighborhoods of midtown, Manhattan. Tokyo Dome has a plethora of things to do and the nearby Asobono kids indoor playground was perfect for our 3 year old on a rainy day. Follow the main road (Hakusan Dori?) south of kanda river and you'll find some nice local restaurants and hang out spots including a wine bar, South Indian restaurant and tonkotsu joint. Shout outs to Yuriko, the concierge as well for being extremely helpful on my last day. We had to go to Yamanashi and she helped set us up with a package delivery/storage service that sent some of our bags to the airport so we didn't have to lug everything to Yamanashi. She also helped us figure out the best way to get to our next resort in Yamanashi. That and our kid loved her (the chocolate treats helped too). If we get to come back again, I'll surely think of Niwa first before any other accommodations.
