The hotel is a bit dated and it suffers from loud noise until 1 pm from the street, especially a place called “The Spot” right in front of it. I asked these folk to bring down the volume (there was hardly any soul in their bar), but they did not care. I also mentioned it at the hotel reception. I believe they are also annoyed with it, but they really did their best to make our stay more pleasant. And they took up our feedback (on two topics) and fixed the issue immediately. The pool (35 m) is superb for a good lap swimming in the earlier and later hours (at peak times it might be a bit busy for laps). We also had another issue (of our own fault) that was dealt with very promptly. Very good points for all the personnel!

Staff was very helpful but at times didn’t follow through. We asked for help with separating the beds and that help never came. Room was clean but when we separated the beds it was clear they’ve not cleaned underneath Elevators were slow and then one stopped working. Hotels seemed to be almost at capacity so the wait was very long. Beautiful views but prepare to have late nights without sleep as the hotel is in the middle of the resort and there is a lot of noise and lights. Curtains help with the light. You can use some ear plugs tho if you want to turn in early.

Our check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The biggest positive is the location. The hotel is right next to a beautiful sandy beach, which is a major advantage. The casino was also good and provided a nice entertainment option. However, the hotel itself feels quite outdated. The rooms could definitely use renovation and modernization. The bathroom tub had significant staining, which made it look unclean even though the room had been serviced. The carpet in the room also felt dirty, as the cleaning staff did not vacuum particularly well. The hotel is also not especially kid-friendly, so I would keep that in mind if traveling with children. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The food at the hotel was generally acceptable, but again, nothing particularly impressive. Room service, however, was good. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some positives, but the outdated rooms, cleanliness issues, and limited kid-friendly atmosphere prevent it from feeling like a truly high-quality hotel experience. With some renovation and better attention to room cleaning, this could be a much better property.

Would like to commend the wonderful employees at the Hotel International Casino for their genuine hospitality, especially Egor from the front desk. Upon entering the hotel he welcomed us with a welcoming friendly hello and his knowledge and fluency in English was absolutely amazing! Egor jknows how to connect with guests and is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a friendly smile. He truly loves his job! A true asset to the hotel and he should definitely be in top management and train those lacking customer service/hospitality skills. All the bellman were very helpful and friendly. They should be commended for their hard work. The young ladies and gentlemen at the lobby cafe are the best! The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Fantastic hotel

It was a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. It was across the street from the beach and a ton of restaurants, shops, bars (one of them is an Eiffel Tower, carnival rides, ect. The noise from all that goes on until 3AM. That’s not a complaint. If you are across from all that you should expect noise. I mention it to suggest packing ear plugs. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean. We splurged for a balcony and I’m so glad we did. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable!! It had everything you could possibly imagine and it was delicious. The other bonus was free parking. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The place to stay at in Golden Sands

We had a few rooms for a family reunion. I had a few mishaps during check-in but the hotel staff went above and beyond to try to make it up for everything. The hotel is very clean, 20 steps from the beach, service is top notch. The front desk was probably the only department that was lacking a bit. The buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from. Chef Dimitar at the omelet station was noticeably super friendly and nice to all guests. Rooms are large, I highly recommend the high floor rooms - sea view with balcony. Overall a great stay and we all had a fabulous time.

The hotel is in a central location, that's the only positive. It's not a 5 star hotel, as it's been advertised. There were multiple issues with the room. Elevators were old, slow and with an inappropriate capacity for a hotel of this size. I've never seen such a traffic on narrow fire escape like stairs. Poor quality. Not to mention the noisy drunken tourists on all premises.
