Great hotel
My Family stayed here for 2 nights, two nights then we went to Ha Long Bay and then back for one night! Peter from concierge had been helping us even before I left HaNoi. Him helped with private transportation from the airport for about $18 USD. Him also gave us the BEST food recommendations! Everything was amazing! Him helped us book our cruise through Ha Long Bay which included VERY nice transportation. Him also helped us book our tickets to Hoi An, with Hotel and transportation! Him has been SO wonderful! I would highly recommend this hotel for their friendly, happy, and helpful staff, for its great location and for its modern, comfortable and clean rooms! I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

Friendly and central
As all the reviewers say: the staff is excellent. Very helpful and professional. They will do whatever they can to ensure you are comfortable (e.g breakfast before checkin, shower after checkout). The location is very central, in the heart of the old town, very close to the lake and on a little street with amazing nightly street food.

Very Good8.0
Nice small hotel in the old city, few minutes walk from the lake. Not luxurious, but good enough to spend one or few nights. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was OK.

Stop searching, start booking!
Our last night in Hanoi on 12 April, four of us booked a Family Room with a balcony view of Han Hom street. No regrets! Taxi we took had no problem locating the hotel's prime location. The moment we stepped in to the hotel lobby, we received warmest welcome from Ms Gam. Breakfast spread was excellent and hygienic for a chic budget accommodation. Our family room was spotless, well decorated without being too cluttered. Aircon and WiFi worked well all night, shower water pressure and heater worked great and was immediate, without having to wait to warm the hot water system. Bed was a common hard solid style, typical of Southeast Asian budget accommodation. Balcony door locks (all three), entrance door lock, modern toilet, TV and laptop worked well. We overlooked asking about the absence of a safety box in our room but it was not a big issue for us. Ask for the hotel's map - there is a very helpful list of attractions/eateries to visit on its back. Ms Gam at Reception / Mr Cuong the General Manager are most accommodating in extending advise and tips to your travels (within Old Quarter streets or out of town travels). Cannot highlight enough the warm and genuine service extended by the team! Thank you so much for the lovely birthday cake and fruit wine surprise - a supreme touch to wrapping our Hanoi-Sapa travel! The hotel is of prime location and a stone's throw away from a very recommended Bun Cha local stall. Ask the team for walking directions.
