Very Good
Chairs are uncomfortable for sitting as I would slide out of them. The bed was adequate. However, the kitchen does not need a cabinate over the sink. We received excellent service. The staff was pleasant and took care of all requests immediately. We enjoyed our staying your studios and its location which met our needs.

Good location & value, no lift
I had an issue at check-in which management resolved. The location was good, on a quiet street, a short walk from several Underground stops, with a number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance as well. The room was clean and comfortable. I do wish there had been a lift as the stairs were a bit difficult with luggage for a long-term stay (the reason I opted for a serviced studio flat versus a regular hotel), but once I was settled in the room that wasn't an issue. Overall, the room was a great value and I would consider staying here again.

Very Good
Friendly but cramped
The staff was very friendly. They allowed us to check in early and they kept our luggage after check out until we needed to catch our train. The location is very convenient to to the British Museum which was the focus of our brief stay in London. It is a lovely area of London, with Russell Square Park, lots of restaurants, and a couple of grocery stores nearby. Having the diminutive kitchen was a nice perk, but I wouldn’t want to try and do very much cooking. The kitchen sink was in the back corner and difficult to reach. The bed was a little soft. The shower was very narrow. Don’t drop the soap, there is no room to bend over and pick it up. What bothered us is the cleaners have no room to work, so they are forced to pile bags of clean linens, piles of dirty linens, and cleaning supplies in the entry way of the buildings and on the landings in the stairways. Be advised there are no elevators and there are fire doors between the stairway and the rooms.
