Bad service
Arrived at the hotel at first front desk service was great. And then Clyde one of the service representatives informed me that my reservation has been canceled due to room not being confirmed. I informed him that I had confirmed my reservation on the 10th since my actual reservation was set for the 12th and I knew I would be flying in from the mainland so I couldn’t have been able to have any way to do so. Then he tells me, “well ma’am it seems that it was also canceled because you used a debit card.” Ok so it didn’t say I can’t use my debit card and can only use a major credit card, in which I have no problem with doing so. I asked to speak to a manager on duty and she comes out telling me the same thing and Clyde tries to say well we can offer you an upgraded room for only 8,000 pesos. I looked at him and said, “no do you want me to pay more for something that was out of my control since I’ve already showed you the email that was sent to me stating I’ve confirmed my reservation.” Finally after 30 minutes of waiting around the manager said they “accommodate my room at the same price on the upgraded room.” While there my cousin had came up to visit and once again Clyde calls my room asking me how many people are in the room. Though my cousin and her husband had already left when he called, he instead there may be more people inside and told me they’ll just review tape to “make sure.” I will never stay at the hotel again or recommend any one to stay here.

Poor Check-in Customer Service
Horrible customer service at check-in. I arrived early and checked in this morning, since I was early I was told I need to return at 2:00pm before my room is ready and I can get my key. I understood completely and did just that. When I went back to the front desk after 2:00pm there were 3 front desk attendants, I waited in my line and when it was my turn at the desk my attendant left. I waited at the front of my line for 25+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. I understand if my attendant went off to handle another guests issues, but you would think the other 2 attendants would take notice of a guest waiting for 25 minutes. In the time I waited, one person litterally asked about pricing, was told it's cheaper to book online, got out of line, booked his room, got back in his line, and got checked in before anyone even asked If I needed assistance. All I needed was my freaking room key... I'm livid.

Needs Improvement
My fiancée arrived at 2pm but was able to check-in at 240pm. She told me that she had to look for a manager to get the attention of the front desk. They mentioned the name of the receptionist is Clyde. She was advised that the room being paid for was upgraded due to inconvenience but she always had to call front desk to ask for slippers, extra towels, bathrobe and even coffee kettle. Although we were a bit uncomfortable at first, the doorman was attentive and made us feel at home. Will appreciate if bottled water will be available and complimentary coffee or tea were available inside the room instead of reaching thru the elevator.
